The water in Deep Dive Dubai is freshwater and purified by one of the most advanced water purification systems available.

We maintain a very comfortable water temperature of 30°C all year round, so you can dive with very little exposure protection. Our experiences are generally available for bookings at least 1-2 days in advance. This is to avoid any unforeseen schedule changes and overbooking, and to ensure availability. How long will my visit take?

You should plan to spend between 2 to 3 hours (depending on the package you choose) from the time you check in to when you complete your dive experience.

In-water time is around 40-50 minutes (depending on depth, gas consumption, etc.).

1. Edited Highlight Video: This video is 2-3 minutes long and shot in a landscape format. It showcases the best highlights from your adventure in our sunken city.

When will I receive my photos and videos?

Every customer who purchases an edited video of their experience will receive a download link via email. We are usually able to send these within 2-3 days, depending upon how many videos we are making in a given week. We advise you to check your Spam/Junk email box if you do not see a link.

Our Standard Packages include your dive experience, an expert guide, and all required dive gear. An edited video can be purchased separately. It all depends on your experience. Non-certified divers are allowed to dive to 12m. For a certified diver, the depth will be determined by your certification level.

Yes, you are welcome to dive your own unit within the limits of your certification on that particular unit.

Can I go to the top of the Burj Khalifa and dive at Deep Dive Dubai on the same day?

For your own safety, we do not recommend that you go up the Burj Khalifa, after diving. After any (single) recreational dive, it is recommended to wait 12 hours before ascending higher than 300m/1000ft.

However, there is no risk in diving after visiting the tallest building in the world.

There is no maximum age. Anybody who is fit and healthy can dive. However, we recommend that individuals over the age of 50 obtain a doctor's approval before diving.

Most individuals with a normal fitness level and good cardiovascular health can safely dive.

Before diving at Deep Dive Dubai, you'll be asked to complete a "Fit to Dive" health assessment. This form helps us ensure your safety and well-being.

Everything you will need to enjoy this unique experience is included. To maintain the highest water quality and safety standards for all our divers, we allow only a select range of external equipment. Additionally, reducing the movement of heavy gear helps minimise logistical challenges and the risk of injury.

There are no weight restrictions to take part in our experiences at Deep Dive Dubai. However, if you do have a health-related issue that affects your weight, you would would require a fit-to-dive medical certification from your physician, and complete a pre-dive medical liability form.

As a certified diver, you can go book our Scuba Diving experience for certified divers, where you will be able to dive to 12m, 18m or 30m depending on your certification level.
